What do you charge for your services?
When Buying, the services of a REALTOR® typically come at no cost to the client! (In most cases, buyer’s agents are reimbursed by the seller).
When Selling, we offer a full-service, holistic approach, covering every aspect of the process from start to finish. An initial consultation about your property is always free of charge, and during this meeting your REALTOR® will discuss our reimbursement policy. The fees we charge depend on many factors, including but not limited to the value of your property, location, complexity and other factors.
